Does it sync with Petfinder?
Yes. Every rescue gets a Petfinder-compatible JSON feed that updates automatically as animals become adoptable. Submit your feed URL to Petfinder once and never manually update a listing again.
How do digital adoption contracts work?
When an adoption is recorded, Rescue Workflow generates a pre-filled contract with the adopter's name, animal details, fees, and your custom clauses. Adopters receive a secure link to sign digitally. Fosters are auto-notified when signed, and the adopter receives a pickup scheduling email.
Can fosters access the platform without seeing everything?
Yes. Foster users get their own scoped dashboard showing only the animals in their care. They can log feeding, behavioral notes, and submit return requests without seeing confidential staff data.
Does Rescue Workflow work on mobile?
Fully. The platform is responsive and works on any smartphone or tablet. Intake animals, capture photos, log medical updates, and approve applications from anywhere.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave?
